Draw the pinned population and report its detector-frame band composition.

The catalogues are fetched on demand into a local cache and verified against their pinned SHA-256, so the package does not ship them and a draw is still reproducible. The archived draw is the first seed's; --draws further seeds measure the draw-to-draw spread of the composition. Rows are sampled without replacement, so a span whose drawn count exceeds a catalogue's rows is refused unless --allow-replacement is given.
